Votekick and PP changes

We have decided to make some changes which affect the:
game joining lobby our votekicking system the benefits of having higher exp And we implemented yet another deterrent against accumulating Penalty points. What we have done is to remove the possibility for anyone and everyone to initiate a votekick. Now lets say people want to kick me from the game and i'm sitting in a scourge slot. Now only the top 2 players in scourge with the highest exp can initiate a vote kick on me. The single top player in sent can do so also. Everyone can still vote once the vote kick has been initiated but only these 3 players can now start this process. My exp is completely irrelevant to who counts as having the highest. On top of this change, only players with at least 15 Points of penalty can be votekicked. This means that if you leave a game on purpose (= 20 pp) it will take a week or so for the points to decay down to 14 meaning you are safe from being votekick initiated against. If you on the other hand have racked up 40+ pp's then you are pretty much f**ked for a while until it decays down to less than 15. This is yet another reason to avoid behaving in a way where you can be penalized by our staff. Another change is that it now only takes 6 votes to kick someone. This means basically your team (4) along with 2 from the enemy team. We decided that this was high enough so that it wouldn't be abused but yet low enough to actually make an impact, The whole point of this client update is to avoid the random votekicking trend that has started to arise while also taking a stand against the mentality that PP's dont mean anything except a loss of some points. In the future we will be implementing more and more ways and situations that having pp's will be a handicap to you so start behaving in games guys. Remember that we aren't the Gestapo http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gestapo (even though Emmeran IS german), you won't get penalized for saying "noob" once or twice in a game. You won't get penalized for duying stupidly every so often. Expressing a single moment of anger or bad judgement is human. What's NOT ok is when you purposefully attack other players trying to make them feel bad or start insulting someone in a direct and heavy way. Do your best to make others enjoy playing here as much as you yourself want it to be enjoyable when you play. Also keep in mind that we are still developing this platform but i think we can all agree that it really is just getting better and better everyday. Remember to ONLY report missbehaviour by using the !report command in game. Good gaming guys ~~Aussie
