Approval problem

I've started playing here few days ago and after my brother kinda fucked up my stats, I decided not to let him play under my name anymore. So, he decided to make new account from this machine last night, but he got banned for about 80 days. He also wrote ticket about it in contact support form. I though that having more than one account per machine is possible. Hope we can solve it. Brothers nick is h34dHuNt3R.

I've read some similar forum topics and I've seen that players are suggesting to get some kind of proof.. Couldn't think of anything else than this:



My bro have PM-ed Emmeran and Aussie last night, and will PM ResQ right after I finish this topic. Hope this will be solved asap and my penalties will be erased (got few of them cause I've tried many times to approve my account)
