Unfair Punishment, Mediator newbie

this thread shows that is necessary a definition of game ruining so that we know how to avoid these bans and is easier (more objective) for mediators to attribute the penalties.

according to what is becoming a common view players will need to join fights even against their better judgement simply to avoid these sort of penalties. I mean this is completely against carry-farmer and carry timing: sometimes you dont want to join a fight that is likely to be lost (ie. ill-initiated by your team-mates) because your want to finish that key item or because your hero is far from his peak and you need to turtle against early-mid game carries.

What is annoying is that those same team mates that continue to initiate losing fights (because they dont understand their role, fight timing and when heroes reach their peak) are the ones accusing others that are fulfilling their roles. What is even more annoying is that certain mods listen to these senseless accusations.

Moreover, because the judgement of these situations is so subjective, appealing to other mediators seems a time waste - ie difficult to argue objectively in one's favor and in doubt other mediators will support decision by first mediator.

Please make the game ruining rules/guidelines more clear/objective so that we can avoid them and mediators can be more objective in judging these situations.

I dont see where he was lieing ali.
If you watch the replay you will see he did nothing wrong INGAME.
Actually I had to laugh seeing the replay, one time puck trying to lasthit against him, failing to get any of the creeps, then killing the 2 remaining ones with orb. Then he says "lolol u need to learn to lasthit".
Just epic.

Actually remove the ingame penalty since its a joke and give him a bigger one for forum behaviour.
