I AND MY BROTHER BUT WE PLAY DOTA CAN NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR YOU DO NOT APPROVE COULD GIVE ME PERMISSION TO HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS AT THE SAME PC? AS IF Net Cafes?? I SPEAK SPANISH SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THANK

It is possible. Me and my younger brother have 2 accounts on same pc. But you will have to pm emmeran about it, while submiting your id's too. Even then he can always reject your request.
