can´t approve, connection failure

I can´t approve my account, everytime I start the client comes this message:

13:15:56 - [UDPDL] data availbale
13:15:56 - [UDPDL] connection failed: Connection refused

If tried nearly everything (including repair the LAN connection).
i use windows vista, if this helps?!

my friend, who´s playing DLG helped me.

what bad advice? I am trying to help here,,,and as much as I know,,there are  no chances to aprove acc if u didn't set all things up in there with all that folders and shit(bad in english).
