Hi guys,

since the last topic had over 30 pages I decided to create a new page and give you a list of the reasons why your account could be denied.
Sharing IP's or sitting behind the same router makes no difference. That's not how we check for mutliaccounting.

Scenario 1:
You're playing in an internet cafe. This is not allowed, unless the internet cafe is registered with DotAlicious.
To register your internet cafe, get the owner of the cafe to fill out this form:

Scenario 2:
You are using multiple accounts on the same computer. This is not allowed unless you declare all accounts and state valid reasons why to have more than one.
To state this, send a PM to me with as many details as possible.

Scenario 3:
You are out of date. Always make sure, you always have the newest version of the client. If your version is too old, the client will deny your access until you upgrade to a new version. To do so, uninstall your old client (use the uninstall link in your start menu). Afterwards download the most recent revision and set it up again.

Scenario 4:
You are using a partial or multiple proxies. If you proxy only part of your traffic, the server will see different IPs and block you immediately. Repair your proxy settings.

Scenario 5:
DO NOT IGNORE THIS. Try it, it works for many people even if they don't use WAN for their internet access.
Your network connection is damaged. Go to the settings of your network adapter and use Windows' repair function.

Scenario 6:
You get access denied even tho you never had any other account and you don't know of anything, how could that have happened. Go away, we exactly see who is mutliaccounting and who isn't. Also, keep your friends accounts away from your PC. If they wanna play on your PC make them use your account.



If you still don't get your account approved, and you think you're smart enough to fool us into thinking you aren't multiaccounting when you really are, or if you sincerely generically have a problem, or found a bug, please contact me with as much details as possible by sending me a PM.
If I see you're multiaccounting, or if you lack the proper respect, manner or detail, I will ignore your post, since I get about 20 of them each day, and I don't appreciate spending my time on PMs of that kind.
