I met a few players who have very low reliability. They basically left every game or most of the games they played. I think should perma ban them so that they dont join games so that we don't have to take the effort to kick them from games.

do the new rules apply to cm/cd mode as well? imagine the highest xp player, who plays carry, buys a set of wards. It ruins the game imo
