Translation Help / Translation Help Section Rules & Guidelines
« on: September 30, 2010, 10:27:41 pm »
In addition to the Global Forum Rules, these rules apply to the Translation Help section

  • Only post in a thread if you have a translation contribution.
  • Do not take advantage of this section being free of the obligation to speak English to spam and chit-chat in a language aside from English.
  • If you are starting a thread, state in the title what language is being spoken.

Announcements / New Board: Translation Help
« on: September 30, 2010, 10:10:23 pm »
Thanks to user Chebu for the idea to create a Translation Help board!

Users who cannot speak or speak minimal English may create threads with their problems/suggestions/feedback in the Translation Help board in their native language and members from his or her country who can speak English will translate for them in the same thread. Threads which have been translated correctly and thoroughly will be closed without prior notice and in cases, at the request of the thread starter.

Of course, with a new function, comes new ideas. Emmeran and I have been discussing the concept of new staff; staff from their own country who can translate their languages into English. The idea has just been thought of and may come to production at the discretion of the staff.

Once again, credits to Chebu for this wonderful idea.

Thank you and good day,
DotAlicious Gaming staff
