General Discussion / Clan Games in DLG

Clan Games in Dotalicious



1. Reasoning for the thread

Since I think the only thing dlg lacks at the moment are clangames i propose getting some planned games going through this thread hopefully.

2. Procedure

I'd ask you to sign your clan up here giving a self-assessment of what you consider your skilllevel to be. The clans will be diffrentiated into Low-skill, Mid-skill and High-skill.

From these pools of clans a grid would be established and a small tournament would take place. As this is totally unofficial and not supported by the staff no prizes will be available.

The games would be hosted as private games for easier mixing and using stand-ins.

Dates are to be organized with the opponent.


3. Signing Up

Players can obviously be substituted without permission.


You dont have to be in a clan with the players u choose as the games are hosted privately.




I hope u consider signing up here and that we can get some nice funwars and mini-tournaments going.

Remember: You don't have to be in an actual clan to participate, a mash-up of friends is fine enough.

EDIT: Thread is still active, sign-ups still open (will be open permanently) tournament will be organized once a larger pool is reached (need a bigger pool since clans are split into 3 skill levels)

Replay includes:
-a jungling storm D;
-some nice jukes n kills
-some nice dagger/ulti usage
-a very entertaining mid+lategame

Clan & Player Search / Need HS-Players

Yoyo,

we, clan VPG, currently need 3 ACTIVE members that are (very) highskilled and are able to play their best in our current divison 3a.
Nationality does not matter at all as long as you are able to speak english.

(Addionally, u have to accept us praising legendary mc moskri, including Klabing and rajski grad sessions in TS).+

Roles:

We need 1 Carry player/allrounder (mostly trilane probaly).
We need 2Support/Gang players (with good warding knownledge)

Feedback / Mute rant - WTF?

So yea, i got muted ingame for 2games. Indeed it stops flaming (the forced way) for 2days, but people can just continue flaming after it and it HEAVILY decreases ingame communication. I just played a game, where, due to to my mute, i couldnt tell anyone to go back, couldnt tell lich to counter ward here and there and to buy sentries to counter potm ulti. All these limitations eventually led us to losing the game. Watch the replay please and see how hard it is to control the team with friggin minimap pings
