listen dudes, imo in SL0 u can't ruin a game, coz no1 there can actually play, so if I join a SL0 game it means I wanna have fun and not care about the outcome of the game, get it!

so CPCracker u f...f... stop being a pro in SL0 games, and play in a higher SL, ohh, wait, you just can't!

u can abuse with dropping on purpose coz u are allowed 1 leave in 100 games, so if the leaver rly thinks it is his fault and wanna be punished for that (by not being able to play sl1 or higher and acumulated pps will give him a nice week or 2 ban) than so be it, his choice.
the dota-league thing is also good, team with the leaver cant get  -#points, and leaver can lose twice the points that he was playing for 25->50 (which would be additional to the punishments named above for him, xD)

towers regenerate HP faster if u BD it, so it fixed everything
BD rule does not exist anymore, if u can destroy building despite it fast regeneration, go do it
