All right, thanks, but I don't believe it's possible to balance after winratio either way since everyone will sooner or later end up and 50% because of the nature of how DotA works, you can't always carry a team to victory all by yourself, meaning you will lose games where you are the best player.

Also, balancing teams after win%? How is that intend to work?

Am I missing something or why did you guys decide for that? Win% doesn't really mean much unless you are >500 games.
